This couple!!!!! M&P have been one of the loveliest couples to work for. Super chilled, foodies and great at keeping secrets 😂😂😂 ‘My staff’ even sang them a song 😂😂😂 aka @thesingingwaiters who were f’ing awesome!!!! They joined in with our team serving some drinks and starting their ‘act’ from as soon as they saw guests. Super attentive and great fun - I’d hire them even without the singing. The guests loved them 😂😂😂. They got to know guests during the meal and then came dessert. And their real act came! They had the whole floor standing, laughing and of course singing. Absolutely hands down now my top recommendation for singing waiters. Blew the others out of the water!!!! And finally, with all the things this couple had to plan and think about for their own special day, running around and in their wedding bubble of craziness, they took the time to get me a gift - a bottle of champagne for my birthday. I am truly touched. Today was my birthday and I celebrated it doing what I love and delivering what I promise, for your special day. Tomorrow is when my little man and my fiancé will actually celebrate my birthday because today was about the new Mr & Mrs Tobin. Thanks again guys, it’s been a pleasure! ❤️✨

Throwback to Friday, the calm before busy! With over 3000 visitors seeing Thomas, Percy and friends at the railway over the long bank holiday weekend and also a wedding in Sudbury on the Saturday, spending a Friday night on the beach with my boys, and a donut, was definitely needed!😂

Going from one client to the next, the season unfortunately flies by so quickly! I just wished it slowed down. It’ll soon be October and the wedding side quietens down. Then it’s the behind the scenes work going on - planning for next years season. 2025 already has many weekends blocked off. Our 2024/2025 saver menu is being held as it’s been such a popular choice! Let’s share some supplier love! A massive shout out to @wonderland_bakehouse for this amazing Ukrainian traditional honey cake for todays wedding at @prestonpriorybarn Layers of perfection! Alongside two other cakes, which doubled as the clients dessert to finish their wedding breakfast of family service of paella & salad. Nadiia has only been in England a few years and has built up her cake business from scratch. Definitely a cake maker to consider if you’re searching for something different!

Wow wow wow wow bloody wow wow! What an awesome wedding today at @alphetonhallbarns_ with some amazingly awesome supplier friends and of course, an amazing couple too! Cannot wait to see @joshuaansteyphoto from today, especially of the lush table settings they picked! SVC couples/clients aren’t just a customer/invoice number, we grow to know them during the planning stage, they almost become like friends we speak that much!. Our events team meet them too at tastings and on set up day and then deliver on the event day itself. They have faces and names they know & trust! Fran and Andy, thank you! For ending one hell of a mental June on such a stylish high! Loved seeing all the changes at @alphetonhallbarns_ since our last visit there!

7 of 7! 😮‍💨 The last two weeks have been pretty full on! Well, June in fact 😅😂. So very grateful for the team behind me, my work family! They’ve been absolute workhorses this last week especially! From preparing everything to setting up and delivering at the event. You guys rock! ❤️ Here’s to next weekend, our last June event, at an old favourite venue of ours with some great suppliers there too!🥳

Event 1️⃣ of 7️⃣ over the next 1️⃣4️⃣ days! A local artists exhibition at @earailwaymuseum today. 200 invited special guests got to see Waj’s artistic view of Chappel viaduct and the view through each arch! The 64 pictures are available to view at the museum right the way through until August. The guests also enjoyed the aptly named Railway barn rose fizz from @newhallwines and @colchesterbreweryuk 175 beer for the anniversary of the branch line/viaduct later this month! This Father’s Day there’s steam and mini/model railway open with unlimited rides. Pre book and save on ticket pricing. Also next week there’s a public transport event on Sunday and the following is to celebrate the 175th year of the viaduct/branch line with lots going on! Sundays sorted! Tomorrow we’re in Assington for an afternoon tea wedding. We LOVEEEEEEE catering in venues, but weddings at home just have that extra special feeling about them. Celebrating in the family home with all the lovely memories! ✔️ must take photos! 🫠😂

This weekend the team were assisting another catering supplier as a staff only option, in Woodbridge. Lovely feedback from the company and sounded like a great wedding reception 😍

There’s not been some brownie love recently so here it is 😂😂 We have a quiet week catching up on admin, life and sleep after last weekend!😂😂 taking our total of guests this season over 1650 and we’re only a month in 😅😅😅 This weekend we are supporting another catering supplier, providing event management and service staff for a lovely wedding in Woodbridge. We aren’t just food, we can assist with all different parts of your day! 2025 dates are getting closed off due to workload and looking forward to being a part of your special day/events ❤️

@maldonyfc 80th Ball last night. What a great night celebrating! Three course sit down meal, plus canapés on arrival. We had the lovely Hayley from @amae.events supporting the front of house team by managing the floor.

When a massive grain store turns into a function room! They’ll definitely be partying into the night! 😂 I truly cannot thank my team enough for tonight! Maldon young farmers 80th ball. Done! From Thursday we were setting up the kitchens then the floor on Friday, to delivery of the event today, everyone done me proud! One of my biggest events, for 300 guests, and they bloody aced it! Emails will be responded to on Monday, now to sleep before the mass clear up tomorrow 🫣😂
